Bylaw 2025-16: Zoning Bylaw Map Amendment, existing Parcel B and proposed Parcel C, NW 1/4 34-16-17 W2M (AR to CR1 and CR1 to AR)

Purpose: To rezone 4 hectares (10 acres) in Parcel B, Plan 102384165 from CR1 - Country Residential 1 to AR - Agricultural Resource, and to rezone 2.02 hectares (5 acres) in proposed Parcel C from AR - Agricultural Resource to CR1 - Country Residential 1 in the NW 1/4 34-16-17 W2M for a new country residential yard site.
Intent: To make the appropriate Zoning Bylaw amendment to accommodate the subdivision of a new residential yard site (Parcel C) and the rezoning and consolidation of the existing Parcel B back into the quarter section.
