Bylaw 2026-37 - Redesignation of Environmental Reserve

Pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158 gives the notice to amend Zoning Bylaw 2019-20 as follows:

Bylaw 2026-37: To sell and designate a portion of the Environmental Reserve identified as ER1, Plan No. 102317789 Ext. 0 in the NW ¼ 10-17-18-W2M.

Intent: To allow for the closure of a small portion of Environmental Reserve (ER) in order to facilitate the widening of Grid Rd 624. The portion closed will be sold to the RM by the RM, and the proceeds of the sale deposited into the dedicated lands account, contributing towards the upkeep of other dedicated lands, and parks and recreation programming.

Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaw at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday November 3^rd, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
