Discretionary Use Application: Apartment Buildings (Greensview)
When:The RM of Edenwold has received a Discretionary Use Application for three (3) apartment buildings located at Blk/Par BB-Plan 102138342 Ext 0 in the SE ¼ Section 22-17-18 W2M. The Developer has submitted a Comprehensive Development Proposal (CDP) as a supplementary documentation to the Discretionary Use Application. Additional details regarding the development proposal are included in the CDP (available to download below).
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal on the Discretionary Use Application at 6:30 pm (local time) on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Emerald Park Fire Hall, 102 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail, email or dropped off at the RM Office.
