Bylaw 2026-33 - Zoning Map Amendment

Pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158 gives the notice to amend Zoning Bylaw 2019-20 as follows:

Bylaw 2026-33 Zoning Map Change: To rezone 4.25 hectares (10.5 acres) of SW ¼ 29-18-17 W2M from AR – Agricultural Resource to CR1 – Country Residential 1.

Intent: To rezone the area indicated to CR1– Country Residential 1 for the purpose of creating a new residential parcel (Parcel A), containing an existing yard site.

Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaw at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday November 3^rd, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
