How to register for the RM of Edenwold Customer Portal

Get 24/7 access to your Utility and Tax account balances and view all notices directly in the portal.

You still need to register on the new portal to access your account and view notices online.

What You Need to Know

Existing e-Delivery Customers:
To continue accessing your notices, you must register on the new portal. Notices will no longer be sent by email.

New Customers:
To start using the portal, complete the Email Consent Form and send it to the municipal office. Please allow 24–72 hours for processing before you can register and set your password. Only future notices will be available from your signup date.

Consent Reminder (Applies to All Customers):
By registering and consenting to electronic delivery, you agree to receive municipal notice correspondence—such as Utility Notices, Tax Notices, Tax Assessment Notices, Receipts and related newsletters—through the portal. Failure to receive a portal notification email does not release you from the responsibility to pay charges or penalties for late payment.

How to Register

  1. Go to: portal.rmedenwold.ca/login
  2. Existing Customers: Register using your customer number and the email previously used for eNotices.
  3. New Customers: Submit your consent form first. Once processed (within 24–72 hours), you can register and set your password.

Important Email Notice:

The portal sends notification emails to let you know when new documents are available to view. We’ve received reports that some of these notifications are being blocked by email providers before reaching inbox or spam folders. We are actively working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, we recommend checking the portal regularly to stay up to date.
