Official Community Plan, Zoning Bylaw, & Sector Plan

The RM is undertaking a review and update of the Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaw.

• The Official Community Plan (OCP) is the RM’s big-picture plan, guiding decisions on growth and development with key goals and policies.
  

• The Zoning Bylaw puts the OCP into action with detailed rules for land use and property development.
