PUBLIC NOTICE: Bylaw No. 2025-14 - Waste, Recycling and Compost Collection Levy Bylaw

Pursuant to Section 312 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Edenwold No. 158, will consider Bylaw No. 2025-14: A Bylaw to Set Levies for the Purposes of Providing Waste, Recycling and Compost Collection Services for all properties within certain residential subdivisions in the municipality.

Public Inspection:
Any person may inspect the bylaw online at rmedenwold.ca, or at the RM of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
