Bathe in the medicinal sounds of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gong as you restore the body and renew the spirit, while enjoying the outdoors. Sound bath healing is a meditative practice using instruments like crystal singing bowls, metal bowls and gongs to produce deep sound waves and vibrations that promote relaxation, lower stress, and calm the mind. Lie on your mat, under a beautiful SK summer sky, allowing the soundwaves to help bring the body to a relaxed state, while absorbing the vibrations of the instuments, helping to ease tension and quiet the mind.
