Free Advertising Draw!

Nov 18, 2020

It’s been a tough year for a lot of businesses as they’ve had to adapt to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Retail, tourism and personal services businesses in particular have been facing some extreme difficulties over the course of the year and are hoping for improvements this Christmas season.

Our Economic Development and Recovery Plan aims to help businesses in our community become stronger and more resilient. As part of that, we are encouraging members of our community and our neighbouring communities to shop local this holiday season. We want to get the word out about our local retail stores who are here to help shoppers find the perfect gift now and serve their customers during the rest of the year as well.

We also want to encourage everyone to shop local and stay safe this holiday season by using online or phone services to browse items, place orders, arrange pickups, and avoid peak times. When shopping in-person, please observe all mandated and recommended health practices like wearing a mask, social distancing, and frequent hand washing and disinfecting.

To support our business community, we’re hosting a draw for local businesses to have a chance to win free advertising in the Regina Leader-Post and Quad Town Forum!

To enter:

Step 1) answer a two-question survey
Step 2) provide your business contact information at the end of the survey. We will follow up with you to obtain your business card.

*Please note: your business must be located in the RM of Edenwold*

That’s it!

Up to 20 winners will be randomly selected and contacted on Nov. 25. The first half of the winners will have their business cards appear in the Quad Town Forum and Leader-Post on Dec. 3, the second half will have their business cards appear in the Quad Town Forum and Leader-Post on Dec. 10.

Regardless of who wins the draw, please continue to think local first and support our neighbours and communities all year round!
