When:Bylaw 2026-13 Zoning Map Change
Intent: To rezone 0.261 hectares (0.65 acres) of Blk/Par A2 (Great Plains Industrial Park) from HPC - High Profile Commercial to HPC-C - High Profile Commercial by Contract to allow the RM to apply specific conditions, specifically related to setbacks, for a proposed development.
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the RM of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday April 14, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the RM of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail or email.
