Notice of Discretionary Use Application:

Pursuant to Section 55 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158 gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:

Discretionary Use Application: Garage Suite

8 Jaxon Road, Meadow Ridge Estates

Lot 9, Blk 1, Plan 101529828

Intent: To allow for the construction of a garage suite as per Section 5.5 of the Zoning Bylaw.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, at 10 am (local time) on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 in the Council Chambers of the RM of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail, email or dropped off at the RM Office.
