Bylaw 2026-06 - Planning and Development Fee Bylaw

Pursuant to Section 51 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158 gives notice to adopt Bylaw 2026-06 as follows:

Bylaw No. 2026-06: Planning and Development Fee Bylaw

Intent: To adopt a new Planning and Development Fee Bylaw, thereby repealing the existing Planning and Development Fee Bylaw, 2019-07.

The new bylaw revises planning application fees to support a cost-recovery model.

Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158’s office located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.  Copies are available at cost.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaw at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. For further information, please contact Paige Boha, Manager of Planning and Development, at (306) 347-2965 or at planning@edenwold-sk.ca.
