Bylaw 2026-10 Zoning Map Change
When:Intent: To rezone a Blk/Par A, E, and F, SW ¼ 29-17-17 W2M to CR1-C – Country Residential 1 Contract Zone to allow the RM to apply specific conditions for the proposed development on the site, specifically related to setbacks.
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No.158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
