Pursuant to Section 55 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158 gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:

Intent: To allow for the construction of a garage suite in the rear yard of Par A, SE 6-17-17 W2M as per Section 5.5 of the Zoning Bylaw.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, at 10 am (local time) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the RM of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail, email or dropped off at the RM Office.
