Bylaw No. 2026-04: Zoning Map Change: - To rezone 0.046 hectares (0.114 acres) from Lot 4, Blk/Par 1, NW ¼ 18-17-17 W2M from CR2 - Country Residential 2 to CR3 - Country Residential 3.

Intent: To reflect the adjustment of the lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Blk/Par 1, NW ¼ 18-17-17 W2M to incorporate the existing private well and sewage mound into Lot 3. This involves transferring 0.046 ha from Lot 4 to Lot 3 to ensure all site utilities and required buffers are fully contained within the serviced lot.

Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the RM of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10 a.m. (local time) on Monday, March 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the RM of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
