Online Permitting System
On January 1, 2026 the RM launched an online permitting system in which ratepayers, contractors and designers can apply for Development, Building and Approach Permits online easily and without hassle. Additional applications have subsequently been added to the system including Rezoning and Business License applications.

- Fairway South Landscaping & Fence Permits
- Approach & Driveway Permits
- Property Rezonings & Future Land Use Designation Amendments
- Business Licenses
- OCP/Zoning Bylaw Text Amendments
- Building Permit (Occupancy/Landscaping) Deposit Transfers
