Bylaw No. 2025-21 - Zoning Map Change
When:Bylaw No. 2025-21 - Zoning Map Change: To rezone 8.90 hectares (22.0 acres) in proposed Parcel A, NW ¼ 36-18-18 W2M from AR - Agricultural Resource District to CR1 – Country Residential 1 District.
Intent: To make the appropriate Zoning Bylaw amendment to accommodate the subdivision of an existing residential yard site from the rest of the quarter section.
Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on this public hearing at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the RM Council Chambers at 100 Hutchence Road in Emerald Park. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail or email.
