Bylaw 2026-05 Zoning Map Change: - To rezone 4.06 hectares (10 acres) of proposed Parcel B, NE ¼ 12-16-18 W2M from AR – Agricultural Resource to CR1 – Country Residential 1.

Intent: To rezone a portion of NE ¼ 12-16-18 W2M from AR – Agricultural Resource to CR1 – Country Residential 1 for the purpose of creating a new parcel (Parcel B) containing an existing residential yard site.

Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the RM of Edenwold No. 158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10 a.m. (local time) on Monday, March 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the RM of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
