Bylaw 2026-23 Zoning Map Change
When:Pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158 gives notice to amend Zoning Bylaw 2019-20 as follows:
Bylaw 2026-23 Zoning Map Change
Intent: To remove the parcel tie between Blk/Par L, Ext. 3 and Blk/Par L, Ext. 4, NW ¼ 21-17-18 W2M. This will result in separate titles and allow the rezoning of Blk/Par L, Ext. 3, NW ¼ 21-17-18 W2M from IND1 – General Industrial to FD – Future Development.
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No.158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaw at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No. 158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
