Bylaw 2026-16 Zoning Map Change
When:Intent: To rezone a Blk/Par B, Sec. 23-17-17 W2M to CR1 – Country Residential 1 to consolidate existing Parcel A into Parcel B and provide legal access to an all-weather road.
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No.158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on May 5, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
