Bylaw 2026-16 Zoning Map Change
When:Intent: To rezone a Blk/Par B, Sec. 23-17-17 W2M to CR1 – Country Residential 1 to consolidate existing Parcel A into Parcel B and provide legal access to an all-weather road.
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the bylaw online at www.rmedenwold.ca, or at the R.M. of Edenwold No.158’s office, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed bylaws at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on May 5, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail or email.
