Bylaw No. 2025-23: Planning and Development Fee Bylaw Amendment

Intent: To update the Planning and Development Fee Bylaw to include additional options and costs associated with the distribution of public notice letters.

Reason: To provide additional options for the Municipality to recover the costs of distributing public notice letters during a postal strike.

Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, both written and verbal, on the proposed Bylaw 2025-23 at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Edenwold No.158, 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
