Payment Methods

  • Cash - In-person during regular office hours (Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm) at 100 Hutchence Road in Emerald Park, SK, S4L 1C6.

  • Cheque - Mail or drop off in-person during regular office hours (Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm) at 100 Hutchence Road in Emerald Park, SK, S4L 1C6.
    Note: Cheques that are returned as a Returned Deposited Item (RDI) will be subject to an additional $25.00 administration fee.
    Note: Post-marked cheques are not accepted, and cheques must be received by the office prior to any deadline or early payment discount date.

  • Debit  - In-person during regular office hours (Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm) at 100 Hutchence Road in Emerald Park, SK, S4L 1C6.
    Note: Check your bank-set daily purchase limits.

  • Online Electronic Bill Payments - Pay through your financial institution's internet or phone banking platform as a bill payment. See additional instructions for online payment of taxes, utilities, and other payments below.

    Note: Online payment may take up to four business days for processing. Ensure your payment is received by the office prior to any deadline or early payment discount date.

  • Online Credit Card Payments - Credit card payments are accepted via Plastiq. To pay using a credit card online, please visit the Plastiq website and create a new account. A Plastiq service fee of 2.85% for credit cards and 1.00% for debit cards will be applied to the original payment amount.
    Note: We cannot accept credit card payments at the office or over the phone.
    Note: Plastiq payments may take up to five business days for processing. Ensure your payment is received by the office prior to any deadline or early payment discount date.

Online Electronic Bill Payments - Additional Information

  • Taxes - Search "RM of Edenwold" in your online bill payment payee options and select "RM of Edenwold Taxes". Use your one- to four-digit account number on the upper right-hand side of your bill (i.e. Name (#1234)). If your bank requires you to enter more digits, add the necessary number of zeros after your account number.
    Note: We do not have a monthly installment payment plan administered by the RM. However, you can set up recurring monthly bill payments through online banking, which will be receipted monthly by the RM when received.

  • Utilities - Search "RM of Edenwold" in your online bill payment payee options and select "RM of Edenwold Utilities". Use your eight-digit account number on the upper right-hand side of your bill (i.e. Account Number 1234 5678). If your bank requires you to enter more digits, add the necessary number of zeros after your account number.

  • Other Payments - For other payment types, for example, payment of accounts receivable invoices, permit fees, farmers' market charges, etc., please contact our office for additional instructions at (306) 771-2522.
